I'd scope out Dragon & Gods. You could have field day with Kym-Nark-Mar from the Dragonwright Pantheon. Having a Shifter linked to a Dragon-God could bring up some interesting situations.
Off the top of my head would be reactions from other dragons (adult/ancient), other gods of magic, demon lords, or from the other gods of Dragonwright.

While I have nothing against the gods presented in Pantheons, I would recommend Dragons and Gods for PFRPG.

As far as Lictalon is concerned, IMO it's very likely that he has/had accumulated so much mystic knowledge for himself that he's risen to at least godling status.
Also there are gods of magic written up in S.America 2, Mystic Russia, and Spirit West. That's off the top of my head, so there may be a couple of more books that are escaping me.
