Not bad.

Generally, we just negotiate a deal along the lines of "if we clear out that haunted castle, can we keep it?"

Or we take over a dungeon hidden in the wilderness that nobody will notice if we take over anyway.

that sounds about right.
my one PC bought an 'apartment' more like shared housing, in Lon, capital city of the island Lopan. He had to join the local mage/warlock guild (local 7359) pay the 200 gold per level every year. the place is located among the community of magic users and cost him a mere 5,000 gold. wards are placed thruout the house and connects the entire community of guild members. he is 6th level so when he goes back, hes gotta pay extra 1200 gold. not bad .
We may be through with the past, but the past is not through with us.

another year come and gone without a PF release. :(

The Eastern Territories and the Northern Hinterlands have the best deal around when it comes to real estate.

$Free.99

If you can clear it and keep it, it's yours. How long the Domain of Man maintains this "free enterprise" mentality remains to be seen.
I love a good fight...

"Square" refers to the particular measurement. Since we're talking real estate for purposes of building something on, that would be foot in places using imperial measurements, and metres in the rest of the world... :D

BUT, since we're talking PFRPG, feet in this example. ;)
