The psychic power of Psionic Invisibility:

1. Does it work on/against Dog Boys and Psi-stalkers?

To me it seems, it is a saving throw vs psionics.
IF the Dog Boy or Psi-Stalker fails their save they don't sense them unless the pyschic does something like have hostile intentions or interacts with them.

What I am NOT certain of is what, IF anything, happens when the psychic moves out of the power's range of influence.
Dog Boys and Psi-Stalkers have a sense pyschic/psionic range of hundreds of feet.
The power, Psionic Invisibility, has a range of like 100 feet or something.
So the Mind Melter or whatever can walk away 200 feet. Then the Dog Boy / Psi-stalker might have a 300 foot range of sensing power. So unless the Mind Melter turns the power off, the Dog Boy / Psi-Stalker "could" sense it in use.

Boy the Dog Boys and Psi-Stalkers are really a game changing power to be reckoned with.
