Definitely the Guyver. The game Prototype could work to.

Please consider taking a look at the TV Tropes entries for
BioArmor and
BioPunk, among related pages, for examples in multiple media of Splicers-style technology. Among them is an entry for the video game [PROTOTYPE], which was a gore-filled depiction of Organic Technology run amok.
