Source book one revised question
I just got this book a few weeks ago and the end of the book mentions ‘seven demons’ and ‘four great dangers.’ Other then what is mentioned in SB-1 revised is this Doomsday prophecy mentioned in other books?
Also is it stated in another book the exact date of the psychic event (at least the month) which revealed this prophecy? and the exact wording of the prophecy?

Re: Source book one revised question
I don't have SB1R (only original), but it sounds like it could be the one from SB2: The Mechanoids (pg8-9). Mention might appear in other WBs that cover what could be the danger.
I don't see a hard date for when the visions started, but they are described as occurring over a period of several months. There is no true prophecy in SB2, just what Lazlo has found out and done so in a letter.
-"The Devourer" or aka "The Swarm" is the most immediate. It is either the Mechanoids or the Bugs (suggested later).
-Then there is what is likely the 4 Horseman off the description
-Then there is an old enemy who has established and a lost kindgom on Earth. The specifics are unclear though.
-The last demon danger is unclear.

The EoPD was from SB2. The Mechanoids were the first danger. It was later switched to the Xitixix around the time their world book was made, I think due to legal reasons with any future movie. This may also be why the original dragons were replaced in RUE. The next danger were the 4 Horsemen. The next two dangers after them are Merlin (WB3) and the giant frog from Austrailia.

OK so the four dangers are:
The Four Horseman (in Africa)
Merlin (in England)
Giant Frog (in Australia)
Xitixix In North America)

Potentially.
It seems like it was a metaplot that got forgotten about.

Re: Source book one revised question
I think it was always left open ended so that you could interpret the last ones however you desired, especially the Giant Frog Tikilik, I don't think that was ever truly established.
The word "THAN" is important. Something is "better than" something else, not "better then", it's "rather than" not "rather then".

I think the metaplot died of embarassment when a giant frog became the harbinger of Armageddon.

No, someone here mentioned that he was it, which caused me to go look him up. It's in his description that he was the last great danger, though I feel info about him was either removed or meant to be in a follow-up book that has never been written.

Yeah, I think they let this whole plot waste away after WB4 and the frog was added in as the last one to tie up a loose end. Now if only they could tie up the loose end that is LotD3...

Actually the exact quote is
An evil that is one of the Seven Dangers ... but they know not what it is or where its evil roots are planted.
So it's not necessarily the last great danger.
