I will be picking up #77 soon (next couple of days) & will add the Splicers data by then. I will also be getting #76, but that entry is already here.

and here it is;

Rifter #77; I Am Legion, Episode VI. by Charles Walton II, Chris Kluge and Lance Colley – “official” source material. The finale to the I Am Legion series started in #71-72 Special Issue. The adventure concludes, more secrets & creations are revealed.

Can the list be updated with which articles have been made official after printing?
For example the Rifter 0 article appears to be official now with the I Am Legion articles.
Those articles also reference the Swarm Lord, is that official now too?

And has the Ranger OCC be similarly updated?

The Splicers data in Rifter #0 is Un-Official & Optional, unless otherwise noted. you can use them in your campaign by saying they are 'prototypes' being field tested.
All the Splicers data in #66, including the Ranger OCC is "Optional", so I don't see a reason why you can't use them.

The I am Legion article is Official, and it uses, from what I can tell, the Rifter 0 article, which retroactively makes it official.
