Bugs and Cyberjacking

So I was reading through the Rifter last night, specifically an article on Cyberjacking. The details laid out in there are quite interesting, and very Matrix like, and indeed the Matrix is a good example of Cyberjacking.
With the way the Bugs move through systems it seems they are natural cyberjacks.
Perhaps NORAD in persuit of the Killer App has begun seriously working on Cyberjacking, Reality Enforcement Systems and other new countermeasures.
Anybody want to help me explore this out? I certainly think this is material that could wind up in the Rifter.
