Yes I have and it would be a very long list.....but I'll post what I have for mecha from the Robotech Main book. For the most part I compared the damages from the books with the Robot strength listed in the GM and RUE, as wella s take into account some things I've noticed in tha anime.

First off full size Zentraedi use Supernatural strength, as evident by how much damage Breetai was able to dish out on Ricks VF-1, I will also note that Breetai’s given PS of 28 is a little low, I'd say it is more around 35. Also a Zentraedi Melee specialist is said to have beat the crap out of an MBR-7 Spartan in play testing.

VF-1 PS of 30 (VF-1's appear not to be as strong as a Full size Zentraedi in armor, other wise you wouldn't see the two grappling with each other)

MBR-7 Spartan PS of 60 (a power punch tore though a Zent Battle Pod with ease in the anime, and is quite adept at beating up Full size Zents)

MBR-04 Tomahawk, ADR-04 Raider X/Defender, SDR-04 Phalanx PS 0f 25 (Mecha not meant for h2h combat)

MAC II PS of 40 (it's a big mecha)

No, but IIRC there are a few instances where Palladium gives stats or an idea of the order.

The Cyclones are listed with PS stats IINM. Though what category it falls under I'm not sure, I would have to compare the STR of the Cyclone and its combat stats on the various STR charts found in Rifts UE.

The Zentraedi Recovery Pod is described as being so strong only 3 mecha could break free and it takes them 15seconds:
-Veritech Fighter (VF-1) in Gaurdian with FULL thrusters. Given the similiar speeds in G mode for the various VFs I would say this applies to most of them then.
-Gladiator Destroid (though I would say Gadiator Class with regards to RDF, REF, and the Strike Force Prototypes)
-Zentraedi Female Power Armor
-No mention is made of other eras mecha (understandable since they appear afterward)

The only real mecha that need a PS:
-Veritechs for Battloid and Gaurdian
-Power Armor-ish (Bioroids, Invid Mecha, Zentraedi, etc)
-non-transformable Battloids along the lines of those in Southern Cross Source Book (this would also include the Gladitor Class Destroid)

The Zentraedi Battlepods (Tactical and Officers) and the RDF/REF Destroids really don't need a PS per say as lifting objects would be difficult, it might be useful for carry loads though.

If you need STR ratings looking at the HTH damages and comparing it to what's inthe STR charts in Rifts UE would allow one to get the correct range I would think.
