Pretty much all of the Rifts books are available to pull from. I'm just looking for character ideas. Kinda wanting to play something new.
1. Get on Amazon.Com or wherever, and order a used copy of the book Walpurgis III, by Mike Resnick.
It will tell you pretty much everything you need to know about playing an evil character.
2. Last evil character I played was a Transdimensional TMNT-style Mutant Hominidon, using the TMNT Adventures rules for super powers. I took Animal Abilities for 0 Bio-E, and spent the 50 extra Bio-E (along with any other extra I had) on Extraordinary IQ (Hominidon version).
Long story short, I had a character with a +45% or so bonus to all skills.
And since I took a N&S martial art, and traded some of the powers for skill programs, I had a LOT of skills.

I played a Diabolic Evil Coalition Military specialist with partial borg reconstruction. It was a blast.

Actually I'd be content with a handful of minions. They wouldn't even have to be evil. They could be unscrupulous, they'd Probably be cheaper and easier to find anyway.

Svartalf- if Cherico were a character created in a point game system, he'd have all his scores in geeky skills and his youtube and weird net stuff schticks all paid through a a Terminal Bad Luck (with more nasty GM intervention) disadvantage, and probably an Uncouth (can not have social skills) disad as well...
