Who can steal someones appearence?
Anyone know what in rifts can take someones appearance?

Ectoplasmic Disguise(Physical Psionic Power) is one way.

Anybody with the Disguise skill and/or Cyberdisguise implants.
Pretty sure there are any number of spells too, not to mention creatures like Auto Gs, Changelings, and so forth.

Auto-G (Rifts WB30 DoNA)
Changling (Rifts Conversion Book 1r)
Amorph (Rifts WB12 Psycape, WB30 DoNA, just the looks though acting is another matter)
Phlebus (WB30, possibly)
Robot RCC (SB1o/r, technically as you could create an Android to look like an individual, with the right implants you could even allow them to change on the fly w/n a certain range)
Powers
Ectoplasmic Disguise (Psionic)
Metamorphosis: Human (Invocation Level 8, presumably other Metamorphosis spells can also work for other cases)
Mask of Deceit (Invocation Level 6, limited to face/head)
Shapechanger (Major Super Power)
Hensho-Jutsu/Art-of-Disguise (WB8 Japan MA Power, RCB1r might also convert it from N&SS to a Psionic Power)
Face of a Friend (DB3 PW SB, Oni Ninja Techniques-psionic in origin)
Implants
Cyber Disguise Types: AA-1, AB-2, ASH (Blackmarket)
Commercial Cosmetic Cybernetics might also be helpful (depending on the subject, not an on-the-fly situation)

I've often wondered if Deevils, Devilkin, Pandemoniums and Nexus Deevils could mimic someone's appearance exactly. I'm inclined to think they could, but I don't remember now if they can. Anyone remember if that was addressed anywhere?
