Locating an old article on using ley lines as the internet.

I need help in locating an OLD internet article (2005ish) on using ley lines as internet cables. My GM would like to see it. If any of you have it, please post it below. This article also has a great line in it: "not to mention what mutant armadillo porcupine grizzlies do to telephone poles."

Not sure but think it might be in the rifter that covered hacking in rifts. Rifter 2 if i recall. talked about hacking and included info on TWs and computers.
