Hard to say without specifics of what you want but World Books 33 and 34 the Northern Gun books have police vehicles, firetrucks and other rescue equipment.

WB5 has medical EBA (pg35-6) and two medical hover vehicles (pg118-9, 125-6).

The CSN's MK1 Barracuda has an option for a water turret (SB4) and an APC in SA has an option for a water cannon (want to say WB6, but it could be WB9), theoretically anything with Bionic Chemical Spray (available to robots) with the right chemical agent can act in the fire fighting role. Construction pa/bot/'borgs might also be adapted for use in rescue (along with some TW anti-vampire gear). Ignoring things like Fire Retardant missiles being used by anything with SRM capability (possibly Mini if doing WB8's "heavy hitter" thing).

IINM the Vampire Source Book is supposed to have stuff like this (which may be reprinted in NG if they are the manufacturer), possibly even WB1o/r.

The CSN's MK1 Barracuda has a possibility for a water turret (SB4) and an APC in SA has a possibility for a water cannon (need to say WB6, yet it very well may be WB9), hypothetically anything with Bionic Chemical Spray (accessible to robots) with the right synthetic specialist can act in the putting out fires job. Development dad/bot/'borgs may likewise be adjusted for use in salvage (alongside some TW hostile to vampire gear). Disregarding things like Fire Retardant rockets being utilized by anything with SRM capacity (potentially Mini in case doing WB8's "powerhouse" thing).TelltheBell
