Also from the platypus:venom kicks, bio-e needed 30?
Needed defense from vultures & other bio-suit stealers.

Just call it a poison gland. It's not certain that the Splicer world is actually Earth, and it may not have platypuses. They may use different creatures as the DNA source codes.
If you must use a platypus as a model, research what platypus venom actually does in way of effects and decide what that does in terms of Palladium damage and game mechanics. Also remember that the delivery system also does damage in addition to the venom.
THEN assign appropriate Bio-E cost.
