just wondering if ships built for space on 2G's act differently in 1G worldly settings or in 0G
thanks for any clarification or input.
mu thinking is simplified as 'it would be faster or more agile than other spaceships'

Creator of the Chi grenade. Used in game by Kevarin [GM] and self as Mai - Civilian Martial artist that got amped via experiment. Ghost weapons and shirts rule.
Nano Missiles - used once and GM banned further use. They weren't THAT bad. and did stop a demon scout ship from returning with valuable info.

Looking at this from an AU:GG perspective.
The difference between a ship built on a world verses built in orbit....It mostly depends on one questions: Once done will it be able to land on a world? If it will not be able to land on a world (without a landing cradle or in water) the ship will have more structural members in the ship so it will not just collapce under it's own weight. As far as the published text in AU:GG it doesn't matter if it is a 1G or 2G world. The ship will be able to land and take off.
If the ship is an orbit to orbit ship then according to the published rules it can't land at all and will take damage if it enters the atmosphere.
Drives made to drive a ship past the speed of light will not have any trouble lifting a ship even out of a 10 or 20G gravity well ...it is the squishy bits piloting the ship that will have trouble with increased gravity. So it is how much G-forces the occupants of the ship can withstand and how good the inertial dampeners are that limiting factors in how much acceleration a ship can do. Manuverablity,...depends on its maneuvering thrusters.
