WB21 pg 107 "Minor and Major Psionics have a much lower level of psionic power and do not encounter this problem and can become T-Men". Master psychics can not.

Secrets of the Atlanteans changed this a little. Master psychics can now become T-Men as well.

I think Secrets drops some skills if they are Master Psychics and T-Men. At least the Sunaj example does that. The book also makes mention and a very brief description of a TA CK.
