The new sovietski super AK use advanced bullets with a rail gun assist. If you turn the rail gun option off the bullets hit hard but do SDC damage. Engage the assist and it switches to MDC. Pretty excellent. The starting attribute bonuses seem to be a little much, but other than that, it looks good. I would probably add some bonuses to the Disarm metalic explosives if the armor has Acid Bloodlood or a Spore Discharger.

Whatever your GM allows. Personally, I wouldn't allow it, but then again, I view Splicers as a dimensionally isolated setting. In my opinion, while bringing Rifts characters to Splicers would be a bit off for the setting (such as tech in a world that is anathema to it), I think a Splicers character...
