Heroes Unlimited characters do not adapt well to this particular game. I refuse to convert anything. Just stick with the vast library of sdc books and play the powers as written. The horn will regrow about 2 inches a year. A typical horn on an adult white rhino is about 22 inches.

I looked up the growth process for a Rhino's horn and apparently they will grow back if the root of the horn is undamaged.
In the case of a broken root I'd say magic or psionics could stimulate the regrowth of the root and the rest of the horn.
Sound fair?

I was wondering if a character can regrow a lost horn? If my rhinoceros character got his horn broken off, could magic or psionics be used to help him regrow it quickly? How does that factor into his SDC if it is broken? Is it?

Music and sound effects are an important aspect of my gaming experience. For example, while the group is busy talking in character amongst themselves, I'll slowly turn down the music. Then scream "Surprise" in an unexpected players ear.

For more suggestions on what's summoned, I'd say use a Greater Hound if he summons a greater minion. Two if the players procrastinate or aren't quick enough. I assume that the OCC bonuses to OCC skills and related skills reflect "professional" training, i.e.: you're a Mil.Spec. or Spec.Forces and have demolitions or demo. disposal , then you're professionally trained in said skills. This applies to ALL OCC's. Also look under the strength rules...
