One of the themes of Rifts is people sacrificing part of themselves for survive a cruel, dangerous world. Crazies sacrifice their sanity, Juicers sacrifice most of their lifespan, even Full conversion Borgs sacrifice a part of their humanity- the ability to feel the warmth of an embrace etc. Cyberne...

Re: Spider-Skull Walker C-100R Rail guns
Interestingly, GMG pg 221 lists damage as 2d4x10 (burst) and 4d4x10 (dual burst) !!!! So, I guess they can fire concurrently... Given a burst is 80 rounds, which is roughly twice what a regular man portable rail gun would fire, I don't see the C100R as overpowered. In fact, it would explain the SSW...

The Spider-Skull Walker has two C-100R Rail guns- is the damage listed for both guns shooting at the same time or is that the damage for one gun? Can the pilot and co-pilot shoot each independently? Ahhhh yes, essentially you can add "Ninja" to a pre-existing OCC and they are just better. The only OCC I can think of that suffered from this in New West was the Crazy Gun Slinger because they got auto-dodge whereas the normal Crazy didn't at the time of publication. However now that the ...

Yeah you need a pretty powerful party. I would think a mage would be useful as they don't have much ability to counter magic. Also a Psi-Stalker would be good for tracking them and they have a great save vs. psionics. As has been said a Mind Melter with Group Mind Block, a Cyberknight with all those...

I agree that it's not the strength that's the problem with a borg in a PA, it's that a full conversion borg's body is too big to fit inside a standard PA.
