The Mystic Study is not overpowerd at Level 1, since - as Nekria already stated - has limits with P.P.E and the spells that can be casted.

In PB games most leaders are defined by their attributes, be it MA, PB or even PS (the "strong man/woman"). But there are also O.C.C. like the Military Specialist or Cyber Knight which are geared to leadership positions. But also a scholar oder mage can be a leader.

Nope.
If you track a intelligent being or an animal, you are not navigating the land. You are just following a trail.
Land navigation is more the boy scout thing to go out and find a way to a certain point using different skill sets and tools. It's going from A to C via B.

IMHO: the spell will work under water, if you have the abilities to cast the spell under water (magic item, under water spell casting, ...).
If you create the tunnel, then - IMHO - the water would rush in. If you use the teleport "function", then - IMHO - the water wouldn't rush in.

No, it turns water to wine and wine can not be used to make an effective molotv cocktail you have to use petrol or some other hot burning fluit.

The advantage IMHO of Heal Self is, that it help Mega Demage Creatures (3D6 S.D.C.
and ID6 Hit Points (or ID4 M.D. if a mega-damage creature)), while Heal Wounds only restores S.D.C. and hit points.

IMHO, the dragon hatchling mature naturally - reaching maturity at an age of 400 - 600 years. Then their aging would slow and would at least double or triple their live span from 10000 - 30000 years

Do not know if it is in any book - as a GM I use real world reference.
- The base could be a small house for 4-5 people party at 50.000 - 500.000 credits.

I understand your problem.
As a GM ne flexible and keep in mind, that it is a game and the rules should keep it simple. Add a still, if a player needs it or give your players the extra skills, if the write a good character background story at the start of your game.

IMHO if the spell has a duration, it disgorge it end the end of the duration, all other spells are cancel with the casters death.

IMHO, the soul drinking weapon of HU is a different one from the "classic" Rifts or Palladium Fantasy weapon.
