Re: Magic Tattoo Weapons against vampires.
I disagree with narcissus. The only thing that the designation of Simple and Magic affects is if it does MD or not. Both are still created from magic energy and magic energy can affect vampires, they would both do the same amount of HP damage to them. That is my bottom line.

Favorite Memories was opening the book in 1990 and seeing that a Dragon was a player character option. I think you could use some of the Standard OCC's that are in the RIFTS main book. You just need to revise the skill restrictions to allow for Phase World skills to be used where appropriate. Instead of a Rogue Scientist taking Zoology he would take Xenology. An Operator could have Spaceship ...

Vampires are vulnerable to Magic Weapons, which even Simple Tattoo Weapons would qualify as.
I don't know if WB1r altered things, but the original WB1 (pg33) establishes that even MD Magic Weapons would see their damage converted 1:1 to HP damage. Though it also states that damaging SDC Spells ...

This suggestion is not in the RIFTS book but in either the Robotech 1st edition main book or the Macross book for the Shadow Chronicles line:
The VC-33 Mom's Kitchen VTOL air transport.
Add a few Mounted MD weapons to it and it could be an easy to maintain air transport.
