Hi everyone,
I’ve been aware of Splicers for a while but have only recently started exploring the game. I have an idea for a Great House that I wanted to run by this forum.
I’m imagining a Great House that functions sort of like a creepy traveling carnival or sideshow. Bear with me here ...

Find some starving young artist (easy) fund a webcomic for a year (pretty cheap) if it takes off monetize it. I'm actually in the process of creating a screen for Rifts. I'll submit it for approval from the palladium staff and others here on the boards to test it's functionality.

I don't think I would have created my first Cosmo-Knight had it not been for the awesome artwork on display. I thought the centaur with the bow was just "cool" (even though I made a humaniod Knight with a sword). The legendary Ninja-Juicer pic also inspired me to use them as NPCs...and not just ...

I think all common invocations should have a look over. Most are fine while others need a Tweak.
The Temporal Magic in particular should be expanded.
In Particular it should allow travel to the past as well as the future, wich in canon it currently does not!

Death in Palladium seems fairly...reversible. For both players and various supernatural beings. Players can be resurrected. For Demons, Gods, etc, you get that "Yes! You killed them... but they just respawn in their own dimension and come back later" thing.

I would let the Psi-Bow deal more damage. In Rifts, that bow is useless. You're better off buying a longbow and magic arrows as soon as you get any money at all.

I would give them an extra 1D4x10+20 I.S.P. in Rifts...
...give them some sort of psionically enhanced vision (strike bonuses for any ranged attack and far-sight)...
...the P.C.C. skills are pathetic (look at the skills of a Psi-warrior)...add:
Prowl, Streetwise, Detect concealment ...
