Cinematic Snipers might be lone wolves. But that is not how actual snipers operate. Most operate in pairs, a shooter and a spotter/guardian, or in small teams (4-6 people) who often include a backup sniper and operate as most would understand a special forces group operates.

I don't know that it so much needs a reboot so much as a revision via the gathering of the various rules into a single place and then having said rules be evaluated in relation to each other rather than in the vacuum many seem to have been written in.

Well thanks for responding. This talent is very interesting and has a "One for All" feel with the ability to pass on the power from one individual to the next.
