Off the top of my head: - The education tables are more in line with the setting, gone are the days when 1 in 4 characters had ninja training. - More options to mutate your character, with extra powers and more natural weapon varieties. - Thowbacks, Purebreeds and Chimeras, for some wild mutant fun....

Also some malfunctioning killer satellites might fail to recognize the positioning satellites and destroyed them, the Rifts era debris ring had to come from somewhere.

From reading the Shdaow Chronicles book, it states that the -10 to dodge is only applied when combatants are shooting themselves at point blank, greater distances reduce this penalty, and if I recall correctly the same rule appears in R:UE

Here is an interesting one: The Fortress

They featured one that looked impresive on an episode of Penn & Teller's show. It was in Canada and was made out of buried school buses but I cant seem to find any info on it.

I see the wolf tibes divided in 2 camps, those willing to eat intelligent mutants, and those against it.
Any way they would fit in perfectly in the list of declared enemies of the whole Free Plains, regardless of tribal preferences, along with the Empire of Humanity, New Kennel and The Road Hogs.
