If there is no RRT at the open house this will truly be seen as a dead game. So yes, there should be RRT played at the open house

I personally would not want single piece figures. There is a happy medium between overly complex and overly simplistic that needs to be reached if these minis are going to find a market.

That was tried. And the inordinate amount of time it took for the volunteer tasked with it for less than 20 questions, a "formal" RRT Megaversal Ambassador to boot, was ludicrous as it had to be vetted by actual staff at PB. Palladium has never really supported anything they sell on their...

That information is still missing available upgrades and point costs for upgrades that are available to the squad. The only place to get that information is on the card itself, which no one has.

I honestly feel that characters should be limited to (1) per army. I do love that you can consider certain characters "templates" for the malcontents, and I hope that stays, but limiting things to (1) per army avoids much munchkinism. I am also seriously curious about the second question. ...

I believe in your revised scenario that the opponent would receive 0 vp. Think of it this way, the glaug is the boss and the regults are adds. Until you kill the boss and burn at least half of the remaining squad down you get nothing for your efforts. The reinforcements do not add any vp. You could ...

In the presented scenario they would recieve half VPs. The glaug is the only mecha that matters as life is cheap, but you still have to destroy half the squad after the glaug to gain any VPs. This actually makes sense when you take into account the infinite spawning pods in my opinion. It is treated...

It is also worth nothing that there is no limit to the amount of special characters that can be taken in a single squad. I do think this needs to be addressed, there are some pretty powerful 5 point characters that could easily lead to players making super units for marginal costs.

The reason I asked is that it is pretty clear that the VP rule for regults is directly due to the zentraedi reinforcement ability. If you didn't do something like this you would have a VP farm everytime someone put a regult squad on the table.

All you need to negate the Glaugs squad advantage is a well placed body block to land and push it out of close formation. If killing the glaug awards full victory points for the entire squad it is instantly exploitable by players in a competition environment. Well, it does more than just clear things up. A base also determines the total area that a mecha (vehicle) can use to both engage and be engaged in hand to hand, and it can block other models from passing by in close quarters.

The combat step states that a mecha can either attack with a ranged weapon or in hand to hand. And if you are base to base with an enemy to ...
