I went with smaller/lower profile harnesses as being common, giving Juicers more options. In my world elite special forces types would have access to the best tech available which would inclube things like cybernetics, partial bionics, and JAEP style setups at the minimum.

Robot horses, and intelligent mounts/partners have happened more than a few times in my games. It depends how the group wants to play things, but they can be good, almost NPCs.

I took a quick re-look at the UE Wilderness Scout and the variants in Dino Swamp, and any of those would work with a little tweaking. The Wilderness Scout could use a few more science options, but I do like cartography for a geologist.

Quebec as I remember doesn't have a ton of detail, but I do think it talks about it being a Fortress City. Lemuria talks about many of the features of their underwater cities as well.
